		Description:	Building the Voltooid Deelwoord without adding prefix "ge", if the verb already begins with a non-separable verb prefix.
		Example verb:	24.	verminderen (weak verb)
		Application:	-	the verb begins with a non-separable verb prefix, as for example "ver", "ont", "be", "ge" and so on. (also see list of non-separable verb prefixes)

		Applies for (weak verbs):
			OTT (Present):	-
			OVT (Past):	-
			Imperatief:	-
			Voltooid Deelwoord (Past Participle):	always
		Applies for (strong verbs):
			OTT (Present):	-

			Voltooid Deelwoord (Past Participle):	always
		Example:
			Voltooid Deelwoord:	weak: "verminderen" => "verminderd", not "geverminderd"
			Voltooid Deelwoord:	strong: "vergeten" => "vergeten", not "gevergeten"
