Verb-irregularities, rule I (~e (e-exclusion))

Rule I:   ~e - e-exclusion

 I.Abbreviation:~e
  Description: e-exclusion for verbs ending on "e"
  Example verb: 2.to arrive
  Application: - the verb ends on "e"
  - instead of "ed" only "d" is appended in the Indicative Past and Past Participle
  - in Present Participle (Gerund) the "e" before "ing" is omitted (Exception: in case of the double vocals "ae", "ee" and "oe", the "e" remains).

 Validity:Present:-
  Past: all forms
  Imperative: -
  Present Participle: always
  Past Participle: always
 
  Examples: Past: "he arrived", not "he arriveed"
  Past Participle: "arriving", not "arriveing"
 
  Double vocal 1: "rescue" becomes "rescuing", not "rescueing"
  Double vocal 2: "free" becomes "freeing", not "freing"
